Its award-winning red habanero and scotch bonnet hot sauces have captured the hearts, minds and taste buds of chiliheads and pepper sauce aficionados all over the world. All natural ingredients - vegan and free of any additives. The ingredients are simply locally sourced hot peppers, local mustard, vinegar and a secret selection of local spices. Made in small batches, blended and bottled in small batches in Antigua.
Never widely available beyond the sun-kissed island of Antigua, Susie's hot sauce was established in 1960 and almost instantly became a local favourite and hidden island gem. Created by Aunt Susie in her kitchen with her own special recipe, this classic West Indian style sauce has a delicious flavour and is excellent as a condiment with every meal, but especially good with grilled meat and fish. We here at Afic also love it with sardines on crisp toast!
